Subscription conditions

DanishBazar subscription - customers receive a package each; week, every two weeks, every three weeks or one time a month, depending on which subscription you have chosen. You must be over 18 years of age to be able to create a subscription. If you are under 18 years of age, we must have the consent of your parents or guardian.

Termination

You can cancel your subscription via our email Falkenberg.agency@gmail.com. A timely termination will be 14 days before the next shipment paid for. There is no binding on any of the subscriptions we offer. If you want to pause your subscription, that is always an option. This is done under by sending us and email Falkenberg.agency@gmail.com

Offer

You will always only receive one offer, even if you will be offered more than one offer on the website

When packing

You will always receive at least the grams you ordered in total - but since all variants can weigh differently, there may be something that you get a little less of and something a little more of, to make the order fit.

Fees

There are no fees associated with our subscription solution - only shipping 

Payment

You pay automatically every (7, 14, 21, 30 days) when you make your first purchase. This means we can automatically withdraw the money from your card when your subscription is active. In case of missing or late payment, your subscription will be temporarily canceled and no future packages will be sent. This can happen if you have got a new card, have no more money in the account, or another error occurs. We will not send your package until payment has been approved in our system. Subscriptions can only be created with Mastercard, Visa or Visa-Dankort.

The first payment is made upon dispatch of the first package. The money is only withdrawn from your card when we send your order. The next payment will be made on the chosen date for the subscription, if you have, for example, chosen delivery every 7 days, the next payment will be made on the following 7 days, but always only when the package is dispatched.

Changes and reservations

We reserve the right to price changes and changes to subscription conditions. An order may be rejected if you have defaulted on your payment obligations in the past year.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Swiss Purchase Act, there is no right of return on food purchased online, but we give you the option of canceling your subscription up to the day before your first package is sent.

Right of complaint

Please contact us if you believe that you have received a product that cannot be eaten and/or has any defects. Normally you will receive a corresponding order, but this may change for individual orders. The right to complain is valid for 1 years, provided that you have not consumed the product.
